If you hover over the stream, there is a volume control at the bottom left. This defaults to 50%, so you can turn it up if your speakers are quiet.

The live stream is stopping and starting.

The nature of technology means we unfortunately cannot guarantee a completely clean and uninterrupted stream. The path to your computer can be quite complex, so its normal that sometimes you can experience ‘buffering' or ‘stuttering'.

You do need a relatively fast internet connection to view live video. If you can watch YouTube videos reliably, you should be able to watch a live stream – so give it a try to test your internet speed.

We generally broadcast in Full HD. The data rate for this may be too large for your internet connection, so if you're having issues, you can click on the cog in the lower right and select a lower speed/size.

The page or stream does not load.

Please make sure you are using a modern browser. Our page is coded to work on all modern web browsers, as well as tablets and most mobile phones.

We're here to help.
